How do I add a watermark?

Choose a PDF, enter a short label, select its appearance and choose Add watermark. Save downloads the new copy.

Which pages receive the watermark?

Every page receives one centered watermark. Long labels are reduced to fit the page.

What are the limits?

Use an unencrypted PDF up to 10 MB with 1 to 100 pages. Watermark text can contain up to 80 characters; the built-in font supports Latin text and common symbols.

Will the original file change?

The original file is unchanged. The downloaded copy contains the watermark. Editing a digitally signed PDF may invalidate its signature.

Are my files uploaded?

The PDF is processed in your browser. Its contents are not uploaded to ALCO.
