About this tool
Turn the pages of a PDF a quarter or half turn, all of them or only the ones you name, and download the corrected document. It shows what each page is set to now and what it would become before you commit, so a scan where every second page came out sideways can be fixed in one pass. Documents up to 10 MB and 100 pages.
Using this tool
Does this re-encode the pages?
No. A PDF page records the angle it should be drawn at, and this changes that number. The page content, its text and its images are untouched, so nothing loses quality and the file size barely moves.
Can I turn only some pages?
Yes. Name them the way you would in a print dialog — "2, 4, 6-8" — or use "odd", "even" and "all". Scans that alternate orientation usually need "even" and one quarter turn.
The preview says a page is already at that angle. Why?
Because that page already carries the rotation you asked for. Turning it again would take it past upright, so those pages are listed separately rather than turned twice by accident.
Where does the work happen?
In your browser, on this page. The document is not uploaded and the original file on your computer is not modified — the tool writes a new copy for you to save.
